Ruzic Antonia - 23-year-old Croatian, making some progress. Currently at a career-high ranking of 65 on the WTA tour, she has a lot of power and a strong serve. She handles opponents with a similar profile in two sets. Even more so, in the first round, I don't know what Romanian Yuan Yue is up to. It seems like an easy tournament for the Chinese player.
Yuan Yue - 27-year-old representing China, very technical, but lacks power and struggles to hold her ground against stronger opponents. In 2024, she reached a career-high ranking of WTA 36, but injuries have prevented her from continuing to progress. Currently, she has dropped to WTA 130.
