Portugal is a rising national team with its NBA star, and although Queta cannot help in the qualifiers, all the other players are included. The Romanian national team is very weak and has no chance against any team in this group, especially when playing away. Although their chances improve at home, the odds for Portugal seem quite good considering the strength of the teams.
