Potapova Anastasia - Stakusic Marina

2026/03/04 17:25 Potapova Anastasia @100 8/10

I think it's a very good moment to place this bet. Marina Stakusic, 21 years old from Canada, although she shows some progress, so far she has mainly managed to go only through qualifying rounds and early stages of bigger tournaments. Another very important aspect is her performance after the injury at the Australian Open Grand Slam tournament, where she struggled both physically and in her game. Potapova, 24 years old from Russia, has been missing playing in tournaments like Abu Dhabi and Merida as she lost in the early stages. Overall, Potapova has played in multiple Grand Slam tournaments and is capable of doing well in the tournament phase. She had a great performance at this year's Australian Open, which is also a prestigious tournament and I believe she will put in all efforts. At the moment, Stakusic has already played a couple of matches in extreme heat of around 30 degrees, which can be a disadvantage considering her health condition. On the other hand, Potapova comes into the game completely fresh.

    (Alexei Popyrin) @130 8/10
Although the ranking is almost the same, the Australian player looks like a stronger tennis player. These players did not play against each other, but Popyrin's good serve and decent gameplay seem very appealing against the local American, who is also not having a good season.

    (Games -1.5 Marton Fucsovics) @-120 8/10
Although on the ground, in the only meeting, the Hungarian won 2-0 and Australian has been falling consistently in the ranking for a few years now, when Fucsovics plays as he used to in his better times, the game becomes difficult for the Australian, especially with his unstable backhand. This gives hope for a win from Marton's side.
