Well, I don't know, recently heroic has been playing pretty well and I think they can handle a not-so-small handicap, and the mouz team often sets such handicaps themselves. It's also worth mentioning that these are just the first games in this stage, where there are usually more evenly-matched games. So, I believe that such a handicap is not too big for heroic and they can handle it.
