Weak tier teams and the tournament itself are not among the most serious, but at least there are playoffs, which add some level of value to the bet. As for the players of both teams, PR has much more talent and skill, and with a more serious selection for a more serious tournament, I think they would easily win here. I don't know much about Shpilit, maybe they have some potential, but I believe they will need more time. So, this time, I will try to go with a better team.
