This year, I believe Arsenal will finally win the title, but not this one. The lack of experience and realistically the only chance for City's team to win the title must be taken advantage of. Yes, their form and game may be worse, but City must play well and Arsenal's team is often able to collapse, so I believe City has a better chance with a higher odds.
