I don't see any handicaps in the Hapoel team. Without a doubt, Real is the better team in their home Euroleague season, with 19 wins and only 1 loss. In my opinion, the Real roster is perfectly balanced to play against any style of opponent, whether it's fast-paced basketball or half court defense.
