Realistically, Džiugas, with double the points at home, is a very solid team. In the second round, having not lost in their last away game, I believe Telšiai's club will only fight against Peru, which appears to be a weaker team. This season, Kaunas district's club has not lost a single game away (except for the cup against a lower league club) and must continue this streak against a strong Džiugas. Including friendly games this season, Džiugas has only lost to both Zalgiris and Sūduva away, so this option seems very appealing.
