Why not? Neptunas has yet to show that they can win at least 1 game, they have shown that they will fight, but have not shown that they have enough to finish the games at crucial moments, Juventus has. They have shown that they can win this series 3-0. It will be interesting to see how Neptunas will react, as the second game was taken away from them, they were up by 10 points at the beginning and still had a lead of 7 points at the end, but then Juventus finished the game with a 13-3 run. Such games can easily break a team's mentality, while Juventus has gained even more confidence. Juventus' odds have a lot of value, it's a 50-50 game.
