FQ has already played a little and at least in the last meetings they did not seem to be doing very badly and I would say their level is quite similar to their opponents. 9z is simply not a reliable team, one day they can take down a tier1, the next day they can lose to anyone. I think the odds here are worth the risk and FQ has quite good chances of winning.
