The scenario of equality shines here for me. It wouldn't be the worst outcome for both teams to have a draw, so it's not worth the risk. Neither team showed much scoring in their preparation period, with many 0-0 results. I think the coefficient of 1.8 for Canada has no value at all, and a draw is a decent choice considering the importance, tension and lack of scoring by both teams in the first match.
