Even though Japan has a strong team that is always able to surprise the world, I would still choose the Dutch team 10 out of 10 times. The odds are much higher for the Netherlands compared to Peru, and I believe the value is much greater. Japan has never beaten the Dutch and I don't think that should change. Both teams have quality, but the Dutch team seems more capable.
