Portugal is a very capable national team and is named among the teams that could potentially win the championship. I fully agree. They have everything to achieve that. Especially their midfield looks very solid: Bruno, Vitinha and Neves should dominate and control the game today, increasing their chances and scoring, especially with a player like Ronaldo up front. This may be the end of his career, but he is still dangerous. One downside for Portugal is that their important defender will not play. But Portugal has a deep bench. The main strength of the Conho team is their physicality and counter attacks. However, their opponent today is too serious for them to fully exploit their advantages. Typically, favorites play cautiously in the first game, but it would be a surprise if Portugal had problems against Conho today.
