I simply think that Canada is highly regarded and, despite having the advantage of playing at home and winning against Peru, a tough opponent, prior to their match against Qatar, they were still dominated by the Swiss, who unfortunately did not take advantage of their opportunities. I have been a fan of the Swiss since earlier championships, as they have a national team that is capable of competing with and defeating the top European teams. Canada is strong in their region, but European teams are on a different level, and their friendly matches against weaker opponents, such as their opponent this evening, have been impressive.
