The coefficient is simply too high here. It seems that Norris is able to drive better on this track and his results are usually not bad, but I believe that the Redbull car is currently better. Also, Isaac is a talented enough driver who I think has had quite good results recently. This means he will start higher and I think there is room to overtake on the track if he happens to lose a place at the start. So, I believe his chances here are quite high compared to Norris.
