Portugal, even though they have already made it to the round of 16, their game quality doesn't seem impressive. They struggled with both Morocco and Colombia. Especially with Colombia, when Portugal couldn't control the ball. The same can be expected with Spain, as their tactics against Austria involved quickly regaining possession and controlling the game.
Spain has scored goals in three out of four matches. They only failed to score against Cape Verde, but that was just bad luck. Portugal also scored in three out of four matches. Portugal also has a good attack, so I don't think Spain will have an easy time.
