I'm betting on Gazas. I don't expect the game to go one-sided. Even though Medvedev has a 3-0 head-to-head record, Nakashima is in great form this summer and his results speak for themselves. Medvedev recently lost to Zandschulp and Struff. His form is unclear. While he did beat Trungelliti, it cannot be assumed that he has fully recovered to his level. Nakashima, with his good form and strong first serve, will definitely give Medvedev a run for his money.
