For the fourth consecutive year, reigning champions Galatasaray from Turkey have started their season unexpectedly, remaining undefeated at home against new league opponents. In every championship they have won, Galatasaray has relied on their excellent offense, and after the final match, it can confidently be said that even two goals may not always be enough. After scoring more than two goals on average in Turkey, Galatasaray has shown in friendly matches that they have a strong attacking game, but a weak defense. After this first round, we can expect to see a different side of Galatasaray, playing dominant football like Benfica from Portugal, who also won their second away game 0-7 after an unexpected draw in the first round. Erzurumspor club has risen from a lower league and in their first round, as the third place team, they won 3-0, so even at home it is expected for them to at least have such a result against the dominant team in the league. Scoring three goals is just another day at the office for Galatasaray, and even after a poor result, they will strive to secure a comfortable lead.
