Maybe there aren't the most reliable teams, but without a doubt Chelsea surpasses its competitors in mastery. The most notable purchase of the summer is Gonzalo Garcia, but I don't doubt that not only will he need time to adjust to the new team, but also to English football in general. Chelsea once again spent their summer generously and acquired interesting players, therefore their attack this season seems even more formidable.
