In my opinion, the Swedish team is stronger and it wouldn't be surprising if they were to achieve a very solid result against Peru while playing at home. It was a tough World Cup, but even the opponents seemed very serious. At one point, the Romanians looked like they were improving their game, but in the end, it seems they returned to their previous level. The Swedes have a very good squad and their potential to play good football is very high.
