Kaip ir tikėjaus kroatas čia laikomas favoritu, manau taip ir turi būti, tačiau paskutiniu metu stebėjau nemažai Verdasco varžybų ir nemanau, kad kroatui čia bus lengvas pasivaikčiojimas per du setus, todėl renkuosi žaidimų overį, kadangi bent 1 setą ispanas turėtų pasiimti, taip pat užtektų ir dviejų įtemptų setų kas irgi labai realus variantas.

Kiti argumentai išdėstyti pas kolegas, bet Verdasco per daug nuvertinamas, nors jis ir būna nestabilus, bet paskutiniuose turnyruose kovoja iki pat galo ir demonstruoja brandesni tenisą.
