Background

A shining beacon for the betting fraternity at Australia, SportsBet.com.AU has has escaped a tumultuous past to finally come into its own as a reputable brand and forged its mark on the betting industry. They were the first organization to be licensed out of Australia and have now made a mark as one of the generous bookies running ostentatious promotions and bonuses all over the place. They are licensed and regulated by the “Northern Territories Government of Australia”. Their sportsbook is concentrated on the Australian market and it is recommended for them. It might be interesting to note that the folks have some of the most expansive marketing campaigns to their credit in the betting fraternity and their advertisements are usually on air.

Bonus and Special Promotions

As a bookmaker famous for its bonuses this is one place that sure knows how to throw in freebies and make users feel really good about gaming online. Their promotions are constantly changing and overlapping as there are a number of them. For new members, Sports Bet AU offers punters a “Match Bonus of 100% on a first resulted bet up to the tune of AU$150“. And they throw in a free bet with this neat deal. Their competitions are a favorite among the gaming community there as they really throw in cash prizes that are generous to say the least. Money back specials and Weekly free bets are a regular on this website and this is sure to make punters happy. They also have some snazzy cash back betting deals on premier league football. It is important to refresh the site several times a day to find the best deals of the day. And there sure are many of them.

Sports Betting Types

This sportsbook has engaged a number of sporting markets but as a specialty, their indulgence in the horse racing circuits across the world is admirable to say the least. The odds on offer in this market are mostly unmatched elsewhere and international tracks are featured side by side with the local racing circuits. The other markets include greyhounds, football, basketball, baseball, hockey, cricket, tennis, golf, boxing, snooker, darts, motor racing and rugby among several others. In terms of the special markets they do have a tab for users to follow up on politics and entertainment. These are seasonal and depend upon the time of elections, television show seasons etc. They also have a fun mobile betting application that is perfect for betters on the fly.

Sports Betting Coverage

As of 2011, the website was overhauled and a number of changes were made to its interface to inspire great design. With functional usability enhanced radically and a more dynamic betting slip with multi-betting functionality this is a great sportsbook for usage and they use proprietary software. The have a great selection of wager options available to their customers and a number of exotic betting specials across horse racing including “Quaddies” and “Super6” are on offer here. The football odds across 100 different leagues are great and their low odds are a great consideration for punters running on low juice. A downside is the absence of live betting unless done through phone and for this, Australians can choose from other sites that offers better service in this aspect. The broad array of odds are diverse enough for most punters to solely concentrate on betting with SportsBet AU being the only bookmaker.

Payment Options

As a bookmaker that is concentrated on its Australian market, the payment options are tailored to them. Bank transfers, Skrill Moneybookers, PayPal, debit and credit cards are on offer here and deposits and withdrawals follow the same channel. With a minimum deposit of only $5 they are pretty friendly to smaller players. With a completely secure firewall present for their customers’ information, funding an account should not be a problem. The downside is for the International clients trying to start an account here which is known to be fairly slow and paper heavy with a lengthy process for identification of any international clients. But it’s definitely not so for its native population.

Customer Services

Along with a ready to help support staff, the help center with search capabilities on this sportsbook is a great place to find a number of answers. Their staff are available on telephone, email support and via live chat and their timings are different. 8 a.m. to 11 30 p.m. for phone support and 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. for live chat.

Verdict

As a very Aussie-centric site, of course SportsBet.com.au has fallen through in terms of courting a wider clientele, but in service of its focused clients, the folks sure know how to run a fun gaming experience.

At the moment there are no active Sportsbet picks, please come back later.

(Games +3.5 Luciano Darderi) @100 10/10
I am trying to move with Darderi today, it seems like he can move well in this tournament, playing at home with strong support against Bu. Draper is obviously better overall, but the surface here is slower than in Madrid, which is more favorable for a true clay court player. I hope for a tough fight in tie break or perhaps even a 3 set match.

Today I am trying to move with Darderi, it seems like he can move in this tournament, he plays well at home with strong support. Against Bu, he has a good defense, and of course Draper is generally better, but the surface here is slower than in Madrid, so it's even better for a true clay player. I hope for a tough battle with tie breaks or maybe even 3 sets.

Žalgiris Vilnius - Riteriai

Mindozas 05/09 16:30 32 minutes ago
Over (2.5) @-137 10/10
After a productive start to the season, as expected, later on the average goals in the league dropped to normal levels and realistically, there are only a couple of teams left in which we can expect overs in their games, depending on the circumstances/match-ups. One of them is Riteriai, who are playing offensively very well, but their defense looks extremely unstable, both the defenders and the goalkeeper from Haiti do not inspire confidence, they make a lot of childish mistakes, some of which have already resulted in goals, but when there are only two 17-year-olds on the bench as substitutions, it's tough to endure. As a result, there is no shortage of goals in Riteriai's games, unless they are playing against a team that is completely underperforming. However, sometimes there are out-of-the-ordinary situations, like at the beginning of the season against KŽ. Today, I believe the circumstances are right to expect goals again. Žalgiris is also struggling in defense this season, rarely managing to keep a clean sheet, but at least they show signs of life in the offense from time to time. The cup match against Dainava could also result in a positive over, scoring 6 goals even against underdogs is a good sign, so the team shouldn't fall flat on their face on offense, as the opponent's defense is only slightly better. I don't expect another 6 goals, but at least for a period, Žalgiris should be able to score and overall that should be enough for an over in the Peru total.

(Gaubas, Vilius) @190 6/10
The cover looked great at the first meeting, there were some ups and downs, but overall everything was good. Shapovalov is an unstable player and today the conditions in Rome will only make things worse for him. Shapovalov makes a lot of mistakes in general and with this wind, I expect a very poor match from him. It's a great opportunity for Gaubas to advance to the next stage and today I will have trust in him.

(Sets +1.5 Luciano Darderi) @-105 8/10
Darderi is being heavily underestimated today and I believe it is unnecessary. The local Italian is playing well on the ground and the conditions in Rome are favorable for him. Meanwhile, Draper reached the final in Madrid, but the ground in Madrid and Rome is completely different and the gameplay here is completely different. Draper seemed to have given all his strength in the final, looking tired. I believe Darderi will put up a serious fight here, especially playing at home with great support.

Džiugas - Kaunas Zalgiris

Both teams to score - YES @105 8/10
The discovery of joy of this season, for now at least, everyone is rushing to the slopes and surprising with their results. It's quite fun and I think I'll be able to find my chances today. KZ in general gives me hope to ski this year, although it's still too early to judge, but there are no doubts and they press the rivals quite high, which is why I believe that Džiugas can find its chances today. Usually, KZ scores and loses their heads on the counter, so I think Džiugas will find their goal today, and the coefficient is sweeter than candy.

(Under 166.5) @-120 8/10
The final four, hosted by AEK basketball players, is taking place in Greece. The atmosphere can already be imagined as such games are held in Greece and in the home arena. Unicaja is a great team in offense, but they are just as solid in defense. Throughout the season, the Greeks showed great offense playing at home, but their defense was even better, with opponents scoring over 80 points only once.

Vilnius zalgiris - Riteriai

Vilnius zalgiris (Over 2.5) @195 8/10
Even though VZ lacks quality, finally there will be a match with Dainava, which also looks tragically and will inspire the team more and move certain legionnaires from their places. The Knights also look tragically as a whole, still finding options in attack, but remaining silent in defense. It seems like the friends gathered in the yard to play and clearly, problems with money and other things are starting to show. So both teams are not shining in defense, but the Knights can force VZ to play over, as VZ does not shine in defense, the question is if VZ will start creating opportunities for a normal over under risk.

I was saddened by Pacers' home loss, when their scoring ratio was at 2.25 and now it has even gone up. Indiana has already proven that they can compete with the CAVS on equal ground. Tyrese Haliburton and CO are in great shape, playing at home, and the pressure to prove something falls on the CAVS. To top it off, the Cavaliers are still struggling with injuries.

Over (MalbsMD over 14.5 kills 2nd map) @-125 10/10
Hunter is out, taz is standing in here... He definitely has better positions in the team, especially on the CT side where he plays as niko's roles and has the chance to farm stats and kills, of course. But I have no doubt that taz will go first everywhere and hold it for the terrorists, while malbs will be trading kills from a great position, as usual. And when taz can buy AKs for his star players to gather kills and sacrifice their lives to make it easier for malbs to trade... the maps should be closer and overkill selection would be great for malbs to take at least 15 rounds against an average opponent.

(+1.5 Camilo Ugo Carabelli) @222 5/10
Ugo lost to Busta. After the competition, Busta saw that he was a little surprised by the outcome and was not very satisfied. Carabelis, on the other hand, played a really good competition and Busta did not play very weakly; he could even say that Carabelis had a "lucky" game. I think that Carabelis deserves the credit for playing against weaker competitors, like Comesana whom I respect, and he definitely plays good tennis, his strength being his serves. However, Zverev has proven this season that he can even defeat stronger opponents, which raises the question if Carabelis can do the same. I believe he can, but at a fairly high risk. It will take a good mindset and a good fight from Carabelis to take at least one set from Zverev, who is currently playing very confidently. The odds for this outcome are not bad, even at 3.22 for one set! I am willing to bet 5 units for this outcome, for well-known reasons that make it a high-risk event.

Vilnius FK Zalgiris - FK Riteriai

(Vilnius FK Zalgiris) @-185 7/10
Win VZ was very necessary against Dainava, where they were simply crushed. Of course, the level difference there was obvious and the Knights were stronger than Dainava, but Kaunas Zalgiris simply dominated against the Knights, so a team of similar ability as VZ should also play similar matches. Losing points here, even at such an early stage of the season, can bury the opportunity to fight for the championship title.

Guests have nothing to lose in the game, as it is no longer possible to catch up to first place and the remaining matches are meant for the younger players to play. Unlike for the guests from Lustenau, this game is vital for Peru, as a victory would practically secure their position in the league. The situation is also tense because the next opponents will be direct competitors in the fight for survival in the league.

(-1.5 Vilius Gaubas) @467 2/10
Even though this event seems unclear, I believe it is definitely possible, but with a high risk, so I am only placing 2 units here. This can be compared to a win of ~10. The coverage has shown that Gaubas can compete at a high level with Dzumhuru, based on today's evidence, if Gaubas still has an advantage over Dzumhura, it is quite possible for a 2:0 win for Gaubas, as Shapovalov is a player who either performs well or not at all. He either defeats the strongest or loses to the weakest, as was the case with Medvedev. I hope for the same here. Good luck, don't forget to control your bankroll and only bet 0.2% of your bankroll, so that we don't get too nervous if the event turns out to be unsuccessful.
