Background

A shining beacon for the betting fraternity at Australia, SportsBet.com.AU has has escaped a tumultuous past to finally come into its own as a reputable brand and forged its mark on the betting industry. They were the first organization to be licensed out of Australia and have now made a mark as one of the generous bookies running ostentatious promotions and bonuses all over the place. They are licensed and regulated by the “Northern Territories Government of Australia”. Their sportsbook is concentrated on the Australian market and it is recommended for them. It might be interesting to note that the folks have some of the most expansive marketing campaigns to their credit in the betting fraternity and their advertisements are usually on air.

Bonus and Special Promotions

As a bookmaker famous for its bonuses this is one place that sure knows how to throw in freebies and make users feel really good about gaming online. Their promotions are constantly changing and overlapping as there are a number of them. For new members, Sports Bet AU offers punters a “Match Bonus of 100% on a first resulted bet up to the tune of AU$150“. And they throw in a free bet with this neat deal. Their competitions are a favorite among the gaming community there as they really throw in cash prizes that are generous to say the least. Money back specials and Weekly free bets are a regular on this website and this is sure to make punters happy. They also have some snazzy cash back betting deals on premier league football. It is important to refresh the site several times a day to find the best deals of the day. And there sure are many of them.

Sports Betting Types

This sportsbook has engaged a number of sporting markets but as a specialty, their indulgence in the horse racing circuits across the world is admirable to say the least. The odds on offer in this market are mostly unmatched elsewhere and international tracks are featured side by side with the local racing circuits. The other markets include greyhounds, football, basketball, baseball, hockey, cricket, tennis, golf, boxing, snooker, darts, motor racing and rugby among several others. In terms of the special markets they do have a tab for users to follow up on politics and entertainment. These are seasonal and depend upon the time of elections, television show seasons etc. They also have a fun mobile betting application that is perfect for betters on the fly.

Sports Betting Coverage

As of 2011, the website was overhauled and a number of changes were made to its interface to inspire great design. With functional usability enhanced radically and a more dynamic betting slip with multi-betting functionality this is a great sportsbook for usage and they use proprietary software. The have a great selection of wager options available to their customers and a number of exotic betting specials across horse racing including “Quaddies” and “Super6” are on offer here. The football odds across 100 different leagues are great and their low odds are a great consideration for punters running on low juice. A downside is the absence of live betting unless done through phone and for this, Australians can choose from other sites that offers better service in this aspect. The broad array of odds are diverse enough for most punters to solely concentrate on betting with SportsBet AU being the only bookmaker.

Payment Options

As a bookmaker that is concentrated on its Australian market, the payment options are tailored to them. Bank transfers, Skrill Moneybookers, PayPal, debit and credit cards are on offer here and deposits and withdrawals follow the same channel. With a minimum deposit of only $5 they are pretty friendly to smaller players. With a completely secure firewall present for their customers’ information, funding an account should not be a problem. The downside is for the International clients trying to start an account here which is known to be fairly slow and paper heavy with a lengthy process for identification of any international clients. But it’s definitely not so for its native population.

Customer Services

Along with a ready to help support staff, the help center with search capabilities on this sportsbook is a great place to find a number of answers. Their staff are available on telephone, email support and via live chat and their timings are different. 8 a.m. to 11 30 p.m. for phone support and 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. for live chat.

Verdict

As a very Aussie-centric site, of course SportsBet.com.au has fallen through in terms of courting a wider clientele, but in service of its focused clients, the folks sure know how to run a fun gaming experience.

The Spurs are demonstrating astonishing basketball lately: they recently defeated the Lakers, and in the semi-finals, they beat NBA champions OKC. Such victories give them immense confidence in their abilities, as they have already proven that they can defeat anyone. The return of Wembley is also a huge boost for the team. Although the question remains whether he will play full minutes, even without him, the Spurs with Fox and Castle at the forefront look very strong.

Asia, ASEAN Club Championship. Both teams started the tournament unsuccessfully and after 2 rounds have only 1 and 0 points respectively, therefore both are already cornered in the fight for the next stage and here only Peru, who drew, practically dashes all hopes. This alone should promise a lot of action on the court. Another thing is the style of play of the teams, which is based on speed, offense, which is generally characteristic of both Singapore and Myanmar clubs and these two are no exception. I think when facing such teams and in such circumstances, we should expect goals.

(Draw No Bet Levante) @-132 8/10
Although the weakest La Liga team Levante appears to be struggling against another La Liga team, they have a great opportunity to resist against a team from the lower part of the second league. Levante knows how to play football and it is clear that they will have a significant advantage in these matches, which I hope they will take advantage of and win.

(-1 Celtic FC) @-125 8/10
A lack of improvement in Celtic's matches does not allow one to trust the better Scottish team. The Celtic team, which is currently in first place according to lost points, is clearly superior to average league teams. Dundee team is not winning matches and against a team like Celtic, they must show their typical results.

Manchester City - Brentford

Even with the rotation, Man City is very strong and the favorite of this pair. A great run and form, and most importantly, the home game against Brentford personally shows a very big advantage for City. Brentford looks very weak and so far the giants have easily dealt with them, so City will not be an exception.

NBA CUP Final in a neutral arena in Vegas. Both teams will take these matches very seriously, both NYK and SAS have solid defenses and will defend at full strength. There might be some initial nerves before such an important match... All things considered - perfect conditions for the under.

I think the drop in the American coefficient was not in vain. Basavareddy has many advantages against Dino. This is already the second time the American will play in this tournament, while it is the first appearance for Croatia. Prizmic did not finish his last match due to injury and although it is difficult to expect him to be in great physical form, and since flashscore predicts a long fight, I think the American can surprise based on the coefficient. Not to mention that there are often unexpected outcomes and a higher coefficient often wins in tennis. The opening match, in which the experienced American with a very solid coach will face, I believe will be better prepared and in that case has a chance to win the over.

One of the hottest teams, Barcelona, is showing excellent form at the moment. They win everything and confidently beat Olympiacos Ghana last week. The game they play is very pleasing to the eye, I wonder if it can stop Paris' winning streak. They lost to Zalgiris last week, so they'll play without any long combinations, not looking for the perfect shot. Good luck.

Luzern - Basel

Swiss League, the League Champions are going on a trip to Luzern and I am expecting an over here. This season, Luzern club has played 3rd in terms of performance, scoring 63 goals in just 17 games, averaging almost 4 goals per game. However, they have also conceded a lot, with a goal difference of 17:15 in 8 home games, making it an average of 4 goals per game. Basel team is not known for playing high-scoring games, but they are quite stable at home. However, in away games they tend to concede quite a bit, with 13 goals conceded and scored in 9 games. I believe there will be goals in this match and I expect both teams to score at least 2+ goals.

NY Knicks - SA Spurs

(NY Knicks) @-135 6/10
NBA Cup Final, New York and Spurs are facing a potentially classic game. I am cheering for the Knicks. Despite the fact that the Spurs have defeated the Champions and have shown signs of growth during the Wembley period, I believe it will be difficult for this young team to overcome the tension of the Finals. It is common for the NBA to experience heartbreaking losses before winning a championship, and I do not see this trend changing, as both veteran teams have won the Finals in previous years - the Lakers against the Pacers and the Bucks against OKC. I think it is now New York's time to win something as a team with playoff experience and previous heartbreaks. I do not believe that Wembley will have the same impact as against OKC, as just remembering +20 in the first 7 minutes is impressive, but it still seems that his minutes should be limited in the Finals, from 20 to 32-35 or more seems unrealistic. The Knicks are in good form now, all the players are playing well and their offense is firing on all cylinders, I believe they will win the cup.

(Martin Landaluce) @-150 8/10
Although both Peruvian tennis players' form should be similar, the clear favorite for the encounter is the Spaniard. This year, on all three surfaces (hard, clay, and grass), Landaluce, who has won against each other, lost only one set to the Norwegian in three matches. Although their last meetings this season were about a month and a half ago, the Norwegian is coming off a weak performance in three ATP tournaments. Even though the Spaniard is listed as the favorite, the odds and the Spaniard's handicap against the Norwegian should be successful.
