This was a second such raid conducted by authorities on the premises.
The first raid was few weeks ago when City Hall officers seized a large number of computers.
This failed to dampen the operator's zeal and he continued to operate, prompting the authorities to launch a follow-up raid yesterday.
The outlets, which offered live casino betting to customers, were empty when a police party, together with City Hall and Malaysian Anti-Corruption officers, moved in at 4.30pm.
Kuala Lumpur anti-vice, gaming and secret societies staff officer Deputy Superintendent Azman Mohd Isa said such premises usually offered a live "casino" telecast from a centre in the Philippines through computers and allowed customers to place bets in real time.
"It was like betting in a real casino, only that it was via a computer."
As for winnings, Azman said a customer could only withdraw a maximum of RM150,000 a day.
