I’ve been using bitcoin to play American roulette at BetCoin™. They are accepting bitcoin and litecoin as well. Recently, they've announced that they will soon support a wide variety of other alt-coin currencies including Litecoin, Primecoin, and Namecoin. I’ll wait for that to happen.
