Here are the results of the freeroll at Doyles tonight. Congrats to TexMexx on the win! I (datsme53) came in 2nd, nightmove44 3rd, and cleanansober 4th ... which completes the itm list. Congrats to all in the final table as well. Seem to be a lot of sitouts in this one, but a well played game and a good time inspite of the sitouts.

And yes, there were a large number of sitouts, as much as 1/2 the starting field perhaps. So many, as a matter of fact, that the were still two no shows in the game when the final table was seated. . .

It would be a very respectful thing to your fellow players/members if you would unregister from the games if you know you are not going to be there. . .

And if you were one of the ones begging & pestering ixgames and Manne to get into these games and then didn't show up, what was your excuse?[/FONT]

Thanks for the feedback everyone, it's much appreciated. We are doing our best to improve these games. Still many sitouts even when we changed the starting time. We will go over the facts and see if we can do anything until next friday's game.

As for sitouts, I wish I had a suggestion, but other than kickin' @$$es and takin' names -- and removing said names from future games -- once the registration list is submitted I guess it's up to the players to remove themselves from the game. Apparently the starting time wasn't why they weren't there before either. . .

The only other alternative I can think of is playing the games only on rooms that remove players that sit out the entire first level -- such as UltimateBet. I don't know if there any other rooms that implement the same rule. . .

But anything that can be done would be appreciated, by me anyway. . .[/FONT]

Well I got killed off early. Still only 4 active players on my table. The game time was fine, I got off work at 6 pm ET so it was a breeze. The Absolute poker removes players who do no act by the second blind round. I don't know why we do not have any freerolls on AP through IX. But it may be something to consider.

Hey IXgames the time for me is 1 am probably there is europe people that are playing it that can not be there.

Sorry to everyone for not being able to show up for this one. I didn't think about deregestering until it was too late! Friday night @ 7:00 is going to be tough for me because it is the busiest time in the restaurant biz. I will try to make it next week, but if I can't I will take my name off the list. :crying

I did not know we could deregister or I would have, I don't get home untill 7:30 or so Central Time.

Auto removal of sit outs after a certain period of time would be nice

Well I had to sit out the first part because something came up and had to leave to go
get one of my kids, but was back played hard and managed to bubble,grrrrrrrrr😡!!
Planned to play but the call leaves no choice or time it's jump and run😡!

Congrats to all who made ft, and ITM... great game.
