Hello, have registered with Bet365 betting bonus, I deposited 40$ and i get 40$ bonus. But the essence of this, In order to cash (Withdrawable), as I understand only $ 47.36, I bet a few times here and the $ 7.36 is a plus. All Balance table looks like this:
Total Balance 87.36
Withdrawable Balance 47.36
Bonus Balance 40.00
Deposit Rollover 24.00
Deposit Rollover Requirement 40.00
Stake Rollover 24.00
Stake Rollover Requirement 240.00

How many times or how much money I have to bet, so I can take out all the money?

Yes, if they do not call , write a support to call back if there's identity - be asked to keep a couple of questions about the personal data.

I remember I received a call, but I couldn't pick up, so afterwards I send them a copy of my passport and asked to enter my information, because the page always displayed that I enter my passport code incorrectly (or something like that). And they did. They are pretty serviceable 😁

After a few weeks of not betting I logged in bet365 and was very surprised by the new page. I couldn't find a topic about bet365, but I don't want to make a new one, so I hope members won't mind if I ask here.

One morning I transfered some euros to my account (decided to play some casino 😁 ), I won a little, but this is not important. I have money in my account, I declined all of the bonuses. And I log in now it shows my account is empty. I played a little from sports to casino, from casino to sports. Maybe the money was lost somewhere inbetween 😁 And right when I decided to open a help chat, my money appeared again. Then I tried to transfer some of them from casino to sport account, and there's a notification that not enough money on the account. WTF? Has something like this happened to anyone? At first I thought this page is very solid, but I've started to doubt. Maybe they are not? Maybe they expect that people will lose their money sooner? And why my money was gone at first?
