Pinnacle is the best for tennis. There's really nothing better. If you want to bet on different games and like live bets, Bet365 and Bwin is the best, really.

No problems on Unibet if you want to withdraw money. There's this bookmaker PanBet. Coeffs are a lot better. I haven't tried it myself, but heard loads of good feedback.

Information of all the bonuses are on their pages. Pinnacle does not offer bonuses, as far as I know. Similar strategy: Bet365
