Im not normaly helpfull but once in a while i do help a bit lol

poker room bonuses

never take em - you will be tied to the site for ages waiting to clear the playthru and while waiting to clear it you cannot withdraw - theres all sorts of cons they use to keep your money

if you deposit on any site get hold of live chat and tell them ( dont ask them because they will try and say it cannot be romoved ) TELL THEM YOU WANT IT REMOVED

same with the casinos ( there worse ) normaly 40 or 60 times playthru before you can withdraw , i play casinos more than poker so i know all the cons lol + very rarely loose money in them

easiest way is just deposit your own money and if you hit big straight away you can withdraw straight away .

bonuses only help them to keep your money

Yes, that has happened to me. By the time you play through all the games all the money is usually gone.
I definitely agree about using your own money and withdrawing it ASAP.

see i've heard exactly the opposite also though,
to take advantage of any and all available bonuses.

Interesting observations. I guess what you are saying is there is no free lunch. But if you are able to beat the game consistently due to your abilities, seems like working through the bonus is still free money to be paid. Just a thought.

This has never been an issue for me. I always make my initial deposit small enough that I can play through in short order. Why tie up hundreds of dollars.

Hey-if you are going to play on the site you might as well take the bonus. If you want to take it easy and not meet the play through requirements, you can still get some of the bonus, which is better than nothing. Say you play micro stakes, and it's hard for you to rack up a lot of points, you will still get a percentage of the bonus, depending on how much you play. That seems fine to me. :thumbsup

I play the bonuses, but I don't dwell on them to help my bankroll. I don't try ultra hard to meet the bonus, just play my normal game. X

I have also made deposits and never seem to be able to recover anything so I;ll stick to small amounts.
