Banks will not be held criminally liable for failing to stop online gambling transactions. This was the result of a decision by Judge Mary L. Cooper, of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, that came about when an iMEGA.org, a trade organization, challenged the enforcement provisions of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA).

President Bush decided it was a good idea to sign into law the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act. What was intended to ban online gambling, has turned into a complete mess for banks, much like many other of Bush's decisions😡

I think online gambling will become more and more popular - doesn't matter what the governments do. They will not be able to stop it.
