forums are trying to do 2 basics things

1. increase forum activity ---
too many forums, only get activity from their members
just before a freeroll tourney
the activity, is good for the forum
but, not so good for the, regular active members
and the better forums, alter the rules
to help reward the regular members
& create more regular active members

now, if the irregular members, just show up @ freeroll PW time
they didn't know of the change & take offense
but, remember, if you're an active member
you'd of known of the coming changes & make adjustments, to qualify

2. to thwart the abusive PW sharing, that is going on ---

that shows, that the forum, is taking steps, to protect its members
and that should also show members, that these forums are
worth being active in.
