Two major Democrats —- Baltimore Mayor Stephanie C. Rawlings-Blake and Maryland Senate President Thomas V. Mike Miller —- have come out in support of adding table games to the state’s recently allowed but-still-yet-unopened slot casinos. Bills to add table games were introduced in the state House and Senate earlier this month.

I wouldn't get my hopes up too much. These are politicians after all-they'll find a way to screw things up.

The year 2010 may be remembered in history as the year that the US finally put an end to the prohibition of online gambling. Many states are moving closer to legalizing and regulating online casinos, and people in the US cannot wait.

I think you are right, this may be the year that everything falls into place.
As long as the government is moving in the right direction then all is good. Legalizing and regulating online poker is very important to it's future.
Lets hope 2010 is remembered as the year online poker was made Legal.
