The next step for the US may have already been mapped out. Representative Barney Frank is preparing legislation that would overturn the UIGEA while offering the framework for legalizing and regulating online gambling in the country.

In addition to the Bill that would set the foundation for legalized Internet gambling, Frank also has proposed a Bill that would stop the rules of the UIGEA from going into effect in December. :thumbsup
