With a professed poker player as Commander-in-Chief it appears that American online poker players think they’ve got a chance at having their request for a legalized and regulated industry might have taken a huge step forward.

I played as well and my queen high straight flush got busted by a royal flush. We had a three way all in and we all had flushes. First time on IX games. hope this is not an omen.

Many poker players think that they can no longer play poker online in the US because of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA). It is widely believed that this act made it illegal for US players to play poker, however this is not the case. Currently, there is no federal law that makes the act of placing an online bet illegal. The intent of the UIGEA was to make depositing more difficult for US players, which it certainly did. Fortunately, new deposit methods have been created that make depositing as easy as before.

Have fun play poker online!!
