The government needs to worry about bigger issues than online gambling. They could focus more on online porn and online solicitation. Craigslist is more dangerous than online gambling. X

Couldn't agree with you more PokerChic. They need to just leave poker alone and worry about all the women being exploited all over the world. I'm sure many of us have seen the movie Taken. Well its not like the sex slave trade is something out of fairytale land. Every single day women all over the world are being sold as property. I really don't think online poker is hurting too many people its just the government is going to try to get money out of it if it can. They can't get money out of the sex trade so the topic gets skipped over. This shows yet again that money and image are more important in politics than peoples' lives.

I would be amazed if they pass any type of poker bill this year. It seems as if the only thing they now is health care reform. Which in my opinion healthcare and online poker should be left as is.
