Had a good poker day for a rookie player. Played in freeroll on PDC and came in 2nd winning $20.00. I also plaed in the BLT on FT and out of 44,498 players I finished 1,468 and won $16.00. So I decided to play in a .30 sitngo and placed 6th winning $13.50. Not a bad day :1orglaugh

So my question to you players,, while at the final table of the .30 game, I was on the button with AQ suited spades, I raised it twice the blind and the chip leader called me all in - hmmm so of course I called - he showed A7 off suited and of course he hits A7 on the river knocking me out- grrrr. Think I made the right call? I know I can't change it now but I believe I made the right move.

Very nice. And you out placed me in the BLT.

Your call was fine. We have been discussing in another thread here about the unusual amount of 3 outers that win at Fulltilt. Looks like your another victim.

Otherwise you had what I call " a good poker day". Well done.:thumbsup

Nice payday there, cyndi! Keep the great results coming! 😄

As for the hand, your call was fine -- and not knowing the difference in stack sizes -- would probably have gone with a larger preflop raise and put him to the tough decision. But that's just me. . .

Very Nice Finishes Cindi.
Going up against the chip leader can be Fatal at times.
But I think you did well in calling the All in.
You got it in good and had the best hand.
In that case you want to be All in.

Next time I may try a 3 bet or even 4 bet PreFlop, depending on the table dynamics. Taking the Blinds at times is better then getting sucked out on.

Well done.
