I'm sorry, but I didn't understand your answer. They check any account contacts with partypoker by email I gave them the statement, right? If they don't have this email in database they can't help(because i gave them that email to basically recieve answer)? So, I don't have my OLD email, but partypoker system all the same denies NEW account registration with different email. By the way, I remembered that I have changed Internet provider so IP adress is new. So how they know that I already have an account?
Sorry for long post and stupid questions π

How they know that I registered account on partypoker? By checking IP address?
