Today we have so much technology right at our fingertips that online poker is so damn easy it's hard to resist, but a few of you have said it well so far, it just can't compare with being able to play your opponents face to face. Poker is a game of tells and you just can't duplicate a live game online. Stats and betting patterns can help you win, but do not give you a true advantage. I am also not sold on the random shuffle programs that online sites currently use. There are only a few computers on the planet that can run a TRUE random number genenration for a 52 card deal, and as far as I know no poker site owns or utelizes one. That being said, I'll be playing online today, lol. No brick and mortar casinos in east Tennessee!!
