I don't think this is the only strategy. Looks like utra tight strategy. In fact if I know someone is playing this way it will be very easy to steal. In addition it will be very easy to fold and give them no action. So stealing from them constantly and never giving them action when they bet sounds good to me. A good player needs to constantly change their strategy or at least alter it in different situations.

I do have to agree with #3 though.

My point exactly too simplistic. If poker were as simple as this it would be very easy to follow these rules. Course if everyone did this the game would be amazingly boring.

Well obviously, i try to play tight aggresive and it works really well in mtt's

There is no one way to win at poker.There are several diffferent things one can do to help it along but ultimately the cards don't lie.If your a player that relies only on the cards then you are really playing.My hats off to you.As this will probably be your only approach to the game then you will definitely need some of this luck that everybody seems to believe is a part of this great game.

This way you may be most of the times ITM, but never in FT!
