I think everyone has a tendancy to get upset when the bad beat hits. But I do what one of the other guys suggested, look at the hand and make sure I played it the best way I could. As long as I did that, then I am very happy. I know that long run, I will make profits by playing right and that if other people did not make betting mistakes that I would not be able to win their money. Poker would become a losing venture as I could only win by catching cards better than someone else, and I believe that the cards are truly random. I say it would be a losing venture because my long term results would be near zero, and the rake would push that seriously negative.
Best of luck to you.
