I wanna act surprised but I'm not 😄. Brady as an underdog? Never to me.
fun fact Brady Belichik dynasty started when they beat the Rams in SB in 2001. They meet the Rams again which could end their dynasty. I'm backing Pats to win though.
SUPERBOWL 53 IS HERE AND HERE ARE MY THOUGHTS AS PATRIOTS FACE THE RAMS!
After crazy NFC and AFC Championship games we're finally here and who would've thought? It's the two 2nd seeds who have made it and Rams will face the NE Patriots in yet another LA vs Boston Final in Sports.
We'll start off with the Patriots of course. This is their 9th SuperBowl in the Tom Brady, Bill Belichick era, they've won 5 of their first 8 and the dynasty began against who? THE RAMS. Could we see it end against the Rams now? Well we are going to have to wait and see. Patriots knocked off Chargers 41-28 and then Mahomes and Chiefs 37-31 to make the SuperBowl and Tom Brady hasn't been the only one doing this. The player to really watch out will be Sony Michel as he's put together back to back 100+ rushing yard games and 5 total touchdowns.
Rams meanwhile beat the NO Saints on the road 26-23 after Overtime after beating the Cowboys 30-22. Rams erased a 0-13 deficit in New Orleans and put together a very strong 2nd half/OT showing to knock off New Orleans to make the SuperBowl despite Todd Gurley being pretty much non existent. Jared Goff put together a decent game but the star of the game has surely been the Kicker Zuerlein who forced the OT and then won them the game. Rams have had quite a season at 13-3 and 2-0 in the Playoffs and will look to be the superbowl trophy back to LA.
My prediction has to be Patriots here. As good as the Rams may be, the Patriots got Belichick and Brady and I just think experience comes through here. Pats have been absolutely on fire in this post season, to me they already defeated a team that are better than the Rams in Chiefs on the Road and now on the neutral location I just think the Pats are the team to trust here. I think Brady will put together a legendary performance, Sony Michel should have himself a game and in the end the Patriots will win the SuperBowl. I'm backing Pats -2.5 in this SuperBowl.
Saquon Barkley has won offensive rookie of the year. I would've gave it to Mayfield tbh, but Saquon has also been sensational so it's deserved for sure

Holy crap 😲 don't forget they got Kareem Hunt too, that offense is going to be ridiculous! What a time for Browns fans just over a year removed from the 0-16 season. Incredible turnaround by the franchise
