Superbowl I, which capped off the 1966 season, took place on January 15, 1967 at Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. Freeney's status for Sunday's game still remains in question, but he said Wednesday it continues to get better as the week progresses. He was injured in the final two minutes of the AFC Championship Game against the Jets on Jan. 24. :dirol
