Atletico Goianiense vs Bragantino
Home - Atletico Goianiense
Last away matches - L-D-W-W-D-L
Atletico GO finally lose a match after the amazing form they had shown in the last two and a half months. The team was on the amazing run of nine consecutive matches without a single defeat in the league, having been able to win a whole six of those matches (6-3-0), as this run allowed them to move to the top four and to be among the promotion candidates, but in the weekend this great run had finally came to an end, as the club lost against Parana with 0:2 on the road. However, still, with fifteen victories in the thirty five matches played until now and with fifty three points collected in those games (15-8-12), the team is currently on fifth place, but just one single point behind the fourth position, so in the last three rounds of the season they will try and get the maximum amount of points, especially in their two home matches, to be able to get in the top four in the very last moment. And having in mind their great performance at home during the whole season and the ten victories so far in the seventeen matches played (10-4-3), as well as their great form recently at their arena, having collected sixteen points from their last six games (5-1-0), I doubt that they will do a mistake exactly here.
Away - Bragantino
Last away matches - L-L-L-L-D-L
Bragantino continues to collect a lot of points at home recently and in the same time to lose match after match on the road, but so far this pays off, as the club is currently three points ahead of the relegation zone, with just three rounds remaining, so maybe one more victory in their last home match can be enough for their survival. The team had won a whole three times in their last four matches in front of their fans in the league (3-0-1).

Avai SC vs Portuguesa Desportos
Home - Avai SC
Last away matches - L-L-L-L-L-D
Avai is on the verge of losing their ticket to Serie A in the fashion they did it last season as well and this will be another huge blow for the club, as they are coming really close every single time to the promotion and at the end are left with just nothing, which is really terrible, but still in this midweek round they have one final chance to get back in the fight for the top four, playing at home against the already relegated Portuguesa side and everything else but the three points for the would mean end of their ambitions. Last season Avai had a terrible end of the campaign, as they had lost four times in the last five rounds in Serie B and that cost them the place in the top four and the promotion to the best in the country and right now we are looking at the same disaster from the club, as they are on a really terrible shape in the last months and slipped out of the top four, despite being there for almost the whole season so far. The team had won just one single point in their last six league matches (0-1-5) and because of that horrible run, from being in the top three and having really nice advantage over the fifth and behind in the table, they had now dropped down to the eight place in the ranks, with just three rounds left to be played, but still they are just one single point behind the fourth Ceara, who has a tough away game this round and three points against Portuguesa will surely bring them back in the fight for the top four.
Away - Portuguesa Desportos
Last away matches - L-L-L-D-L-D
Portuguesa in the same time is already relegated and despite that they had collected a whole four points in their last two league matches (1-1-0), still I just can't see how they will get something against Avai, who are really struggling and need all the points in this fixture. Overall the team had managed to win the embarrassing four times so far in the thirty five games played in Serie B (4-13-18), which just proves how terrible season they had got and really how much behind the rest of the field in the league they were in this campaign. Also on the road Portuguesa had collected just one single point in their last five league matches (0-1-4)

Icasa vs Parana
Home - Icasa
Last away matches - L-D-W-L-D-L
Icasa is on a great run in this final part of the campaign and despite that they had lost in the last round against America RN as visitors with 0:2, which was a really important game, still they are looking for three points in that match, as another mistake against direct opponent against relegation will be just too much at this stage of the season. Before that defeat the team was on a great run of five consecutive games without a defeat, having been able to collect a whole eleven points in those matches (3-2-0), which allowed them to have the chance to fight against relegation. Currently Icasa is with thirty nine points in the ranks, just three behind the safety zone and having in mind their amazing performance at home recently, having managed to collect thirteen from the possible maximum fifteen points at their arena in the last five matches played in Serie B (4-1-0) and with the fact that two of their last three games of the season will be at home, with three points here they will surely get back in the fight against the bottom four.

Newcastle United vs Liverpool
Home - Newcastle United
Last away matches - W-W-D-L-W-L
Newcastle United are unbeaten in 4 games since the loss to Stoke City that seemed certain to cost Alan Pardew his job as manager and the side have won 3 in a row in all competitions coming into this one. They are unbeaten at home since losing to Manchester City on the opening weekend of the season and Newcastle have won their last game at St James' Park against Leicester City 1-0.Newcastle’s biggest concern is that of Papiss Cisse’s knee injury which has kept him out of the last two matches. The Senegalese international will undergo a late fitness test to determine his availability for the game but if not, Ayoze Perez is likely to lead the line having grabbed the winning goal against Spurs. De Jong is a long term absentee due to a thigh injury and Davide Santon is likely to make a comeback from his knee problem at the end of next month.
Away - Liverpool
Last away matches - W-L-L-W-L-L
Liverpool had won 2 of 8 games in all competitions before the 2-1 win over Swansea, but they haven't been producing good performances in that time which has built pressure on the team. Before the win over Swansea, the Reds had failed to score in 2 consecutive games and had been taught something of a lesson by Real Madrid in the Champions League. They won their last away game at Queens Park Rangers which ended a run of consecutive away defeats in all competitions.Daniel Sturridge is again out of action for at least another week having injured his calf a fortnight ago. This will mean Balotelli is likely to start the match with Fabio Borini an option as a second striker. Jose Enrique has also been ruled out of their clash against his former club after suffering a slight knee injury. Sakho is missing due it a hip injury until early November with Suso and Flanagan being long term absentees.

Arsenal vs Burnley
Home - Arsenal
Last away matches - W-W-L-W-L-D
Arsenal have only lost 1 of their last 6 games in all competitions and they are unbeaten in 3 games since their 2-0 loss to Chelsea including winning back to back games at Anderlecht and Sunderland. They have only won 1 of their last 5 home games in all competitions including a 2- 2 home draw with Hull City in Arsenal's last Premier League games at the Emirates Stadium. Injuries are beginning to clear up a little for Arsene Wenger and his Arsenal team which are balancing Champions League and Premier League commitments. With a battle likely to develop for places in the top four over the course of the next few months, games against the likes of Burnley are ones they have to win, especially at the Emirates Stadium. The name on the lips of every Arsenal fan at the moment is Alexis Sanchez. The Chilean has been electric since arriving at the Emirates, carrying the team at times. The former Barcelona man has eight goals and three assists in his first 13 games for the North London club. Arsenal’s number 17 has dragged the under performing gunners kicking and screaming to some important results recently, including their 2-0 win over Sunderland at the weekend where Sanchez bagged himself a brace. The skill, technique, work rate, and pure desire of the Chilean has been vital for the squad. The Sunderland game at the weekend epitomized the work rate that the former Udinese man possess with both of his goals coming from his constant pressing. Alexis Sanchez is quite simply world class and, if he shows his class against Burnley, Arsenal should have enough to get the three points.
Away - Burnley
Last away matches - D-L-D-L-W-L
Burnley have failed to win any of 11 games in all competitions going back to the end of April and have lost back to back League games coming into this weekend, including a 1-3 home loss to Everton last Sunday. That game came just a couple of days after Everton played in the Europa League and highlights the difference in quality between Burnley and many in this Division. Burnley drew 2-2 at Leicester City in their last away game in the Premier League. Burnley have lacked goals all season, so their key man is there best goalscorer, Danny Ings. The 22 year old was Burnley’s top scorer in the Championship last season. The English striker finally opened his Premier League account over the weekend with the Bees only goal in a 3-1 loss to Everton. Through nine games, Burnley have only scored five goals, only Villa have scored fewer goals this season. The lack of goals has had an effect on the entire team and seems to have dragged down the team’s moral. The former Bourmouth striker is the team’s best striker and is the player with the class to put the ball in the back of the net consistently. Ings has to be the catalyst up front for Burnley to get anything from this match.

Chelsea come into the match having conceded a single goal in each of their previous matches against Manchester United last weekend in a 1-1 draw and in midweek in a 2-1 victory against Shrewsbury in the League Cup. I expect Mourinhio will call on his team to show a bit more defensive stability and keep the clean sheet here in a comfortable win over QPR. Jose Mourinho was incredibly disappointed with a number of his second string players that had come in for the League Cup Fourth Round win at Shrewsbury
