NordicBet

Background:

There is no doubt that NordicBet is a leading European bookie in the betting industry and they have been in the online operations since 2000. They are located at Malta and owned by the Nordic Gaming Group Ltd. Their licenses are routed through the Lotteries and Gaming Authorities of Malta and this body regulates their betting operations online. Since they target the European clientele they make it a point to focus their betting opportunities in the sporting events most popular across Europe. Catering majorly to the Scandinavian audience they seem to fizzle out in terms of market share in the global betting industry but within their territory they make sure to offer their clientele a reliable and fun haven to source a number of reasonable odds in the market and coverage across the most popular sporting events in Northern Europe.

Bonus and Special Promotions:

These guys are great with their bonuses and punters in Europe do know them for their generosity. For instance, their welcome bonus itself is a 100% Match-Up to the tune of €100!! But this is only applicable to customers from certain countries and the payout changes numbers across different locales as their bonuses are geo-targeted more often than not. Additionally they also tout a number of nice bonuses in the live betting sections for different bets and free bets are not unusual to find here. Also in terms of major sporting events that are picking up on the buzz feed and turning in some great action for betters, punters betting through NordicBet can stumble across some really generous cash back specials on Goal Scorer, Draws, Result Scores and so on. The folks are not known for massively indulging in coverage but within their turf they sure know how to deal out the freebies well!

Sports Betting Coverage:

The NordicBet sportsbook offers fairly comprehensive coverage in the sports betting opportunities across Northern Europe. Of course for punters looking for the crazy action on mixed martial arts and cycling or greyhounds, this isn’t the place but they make sure to accommodate some really good deals in football, tennis, handball, ice hockey and baseball. In fact, in terms of football they sure support bets from the league divisions all the way down to the 4th division playoffs and there is some credit to be given to the bookie here for providing the same services. While they obviously offer bets across horse racing, darts, snooker, golf, boxing, motor sports, entertainment and volleyball among others it must be pointed out that the odds offered here do not stand up to the offers available across other equally good sportsbooks. That said, they provide great live streaming coverage of the major sporting events across the globe if punters choose to set up a funded account with them.

Sports Betting Types:

The NordicBet sportsbook is powered by proprietary software that is appreciated because of the handling capabilities as demonstrated in the interface and the accessibility of the online sportsbook. A particularly cool feature is the live betting section which has been recently redesigned and its streaming speeds are really fast and the arena is well-oiled. A number of betting options are on offer across their markets and multiple selections and system bets (as they’re called here) can go up to 15 selections on a betting slip. Some of these multiples include Heinz, accumulators, trixies, Lucky 7 and forecasts and tricasts. Players can easily ask for a limit rise by checking the selection box present in the betting slip. And their automated system of updating results are a quick way to make sure punters can cash in on their ‘blue’ tickets which signal a win!

Payment Options:

The NordicBet sportsbook is safe and secure and they make use of the superior SSL network to encrypt their customers’ information and financials. So punters can rest free about the same and easily fund their accounts. Now about funding, the payment options on offer here they allow punters to pay via five currencies which include US Dollars, Euros, Danish Krones and Norwegian Krones. Payment options include major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, money orders and e-wallets (Skrill Moneybookers and Neteller) along with EntroPay and ClickandBuy. Withdrawals can only be processed once some validation of identity is provided and are routed through the same channel of deposition. NordicBet doesn’t charge for these services and all transaction costs are routed through the third party intermediary.

Customer Services:

The NordicBet sportsbook is known for boasting a great support staff that is available to all punters at any time of day or night. These representatives of the bookie are available on live chat, via email and also by telephone. It must be pointed out here that their telephone service is available only on working days from Monday to Friday but email and live chat is on 24 by 7. There is an additional feature of a help center which is a comprehensive guide to maneuvering and finally mastering the learning curve involved on betting at NordicBet along with answers to possible queries on security and account information.

Verdict:

Notwithstanding the coverage featured in this sportsbook, the NordicBet experience is still a great one because of its friendly web design, the odds offered on the popular football events and their live betting features like “Live Scores” and “Live Bets”. They are a reasonably good bookie but in the European market, they are surely a trendsetter with the attention paid to minor divisional sports and the like, which is a great way to tap into a small market with bigger possibilities.

At the moment there are no active NordicBet picks, please come back later.

Helsingborgs - Varnamo

Over (3.0) @-105 6/10
In the 2nd league I bet on Helsingborgs to win against Varnamo who are currently in last place, as I believe there will be many goals in this match. Helsingborgs have been scoring almost 4 goals per game on average this season and have only conceded 30 goals in 17 games. Their attack is in the top 5 of the league, but they have also let in 3 overs. At home, their matches have been very productive, with a goal difference of 17:15 in 9 games. On the other hand, Varnamo has the second worst defense this season, conceding on average 2 goals per game, but they also manage to score at least one goal in each game. However, their defense is not as strong when playing away and they have let in 25 overs in 9 away games. I believe Helsingborgs will score at least 3 goals in this match, and overall it will be an over and both teams to score situation.

Copenhagen - Debrecen

Over (3 goals) @-120 8/10
Copenhagen, showing very productive football this season, has already solved the question about the next stage, but we can expect goals in the next two matches. The Danish team can score 3 goals at home against any team, and the defense of the Hungarian team is also quite leaky, so we should expect at least one goal from Debrecen. Despite this, it seems like a mission impossible for the Danes to not let in any goals in 180 minutes.

Celje - Aramat Armenia

Lukas2824 08/11 18:15 in 7 hours
Over (BTTS) @-120 6/10
Slovenian Champions Celje, with a touch of Lithuania, today will try to climb out of a 2-1 deficit against Armenian champions, and here I am expecting goals from both teams. We start with Celje, which is an offensive team that rarely manages to keep a clean sheet, as we have seen at the beginning of this season - only 1 clean sheet in 3 matches on the local front, and 0 clean sheets in 3 European matches, with 7 goals conceded, including 2 by the aforementioned Armenia. Of course, Celje's performances in all official matches have not changed much, especially considering that the Armenian club conceded 5 goals in away matches against Riga and Shamrock in the last 2 stages. The Armenians also have something to offer in terms of offense, as they have scored at least one goal in all official matches, both at home and away, in the previous rounds. So, it is likely that we will see at least one goal scored in this match.

WTA Toronto, hard court.. semifinal! Ukraine has twice embarrassed the Polish, who couldn't perform at their level, and has had one of their worst seasons. But.. what Iga S. is showing in Canada can be named as a partial return to her level. It would be fair to see her in a solid tournament final, motivated for revenge against the Polish).

Lyon - Sparta Prague

Lyon (-1 goal handicap) @-152 8/10
After playing evenly in the away game, Lyon lost and now they will have to deal with the Czechs at home. In the home game, all control should be on the side of the Lyon team, and the negative score after the first game obliges them to win and do it with a larger margin in order to feel calm. Lyon is a stronger team, which must prove it at home.

Din. Zagreb (-1.5 goals handicap) @100 8/10
Both Žalgiris teams were greatly defeated in their first meetings with Croatian clubs, but in the second matches, the Croatian teams are expected to dominate once again. Peru is important in terms of ranking, and even playing at home does not give an advantage against a team like Dinamo, so not only Peru, but also the handicap seems very logical.

Jodar, Rafael @-123 9/10
Montreal ATP

Jodar is playing very well and a couple of weeks ago proved his advantage against French player in the 2-0 Washington tournament on hard court. Although Fils won 2-1 on clay in April, on the Canadian tournament court the clear favorite is the Spaniard. Fils got very favorable opponents in this tournament and Jodar has already beaten some strong names and is playing well in his second tournament in America on hard court. In this form, the Spaniard is playing excellently and doesn't seem like an easy opponent for Fils.

Over (GNK Dinamo Zagreb Total 2.5) @120 10/10
After the crushing defeat of 0-5, everything turns to Kaunas, where Dinamo Zagreb team will once again be the clear favorite. Even if Žalgiris plays better, the Dinamo team will still dominate the court and provoke mistakes from the Kaunas team, scoring goals. The Zagreb team enjoys overwhelming their opponents, especially when they have the opportunity to do so. The points for the rankings are also very important for each team, so the Croatian club will even arrive with such a result. Not to mention, their execution should be even better for a guaranteed result. It would be naive to expect a drastic change in the game or the overall appearance on the court compared to Croatia, so I believe that a three-goal scenario is highly likely.

Sirius - Brommapojkarna

olbg 08/10 17:00 17 hours ago
Over (IK Sirius FK Total 2.5) @-111 10/10
In the last match Sirius disappointed and only scored two goals, even though they scored two in the first 16 minutes. The absolute leader of the league dominates at home and on average scores three goals per home match (7 matches and 21 goals scored). Sirius continues to dominate with four consecutive wins, so we can expect good and successful football from the leaders, who are clearly led by goals. After Peru Brommapojkarna club allowed at least one goal in all five matches and also lost at home to Sirius team 1-2. Brommapojkarna club, which is fighting for survival, plays an attacking football, so we can expect goals from the side of Sirius team. Sirius is not playing in this season's European tournament qualifiers, so they are able to focus on every league match and prepare well for them.

Viborg - Aarhus

Lukas2824 08/14 17:00 in 3 days
Viborg (Over 1.5 Goals) @-111 6/10
We're looking a little further ahead at the next round of the Danish league. Viborg is playing against Aarhus and so far this season Viborg hasn't been able to score many goals, with only 1 goal in 3 rounds. However, in those 3 matches, they have generated 5.46 xG, which is close to an average of 2 goals per match. This suggests to me that it is only a matter of time before Viborg finally starts scoring and catches up with the champions at a very favorable time (of course, unless the Danish league postpones matches due to European football, in which Aarhus also participates). It's worth mentioning that Aarhus is returning from a very long trip from Azerbaijan (almost 5,000 km) and there is a good chance that they will have fatigue, especially since Peru is a bit weak this season. Also, Aarhus has not been particularly strong on defense this season (conceding 9 goals in 5 matches in European football and not keeping a clean sheet) and Ghana had a lot of success in their away match against Lyngby, generating 3.37 xG but only scoring once.

(-1 Flora Tallinn) @154 9/10
The Andorra club proved their superiority at home and managed to win against Estonia with a two-goal handicap, but facing Flora at home will be very difficult. The Andorra club has been performing poorly in away games, with a 3-1 loss against the champions of Gibraltar and only losses in friendly matches. Flora is a very strong home team, dominating not only in Estonia but also in European tournaments. Inter played a great game at home, but now everything changes with the weather conditions and a long period of time, so Flora club is seen as a clear favorite. Knowing them, if one goal falls, the second one will likely follow, not to mention that the Estonia club needs to score two or more goals differences or over goals.

Paris Saint-Germain @-125 9/10
UEFA Super Cup

In Europe, the dominant club PSG will face Aston Villa from Austria. PSG, having won the Champions League twice in a row, is striving to do the same with the Super Cup and the opponent seems quite favorable for them to achieve this. Aston Villa is a solid team, but has lost some important leaders and it may take time for the newcomers to get used to Emery's team. PSG has already beaten Arsenal and other top English teams, so Aston Villa's challenge is far from being too serious. The PSG team did not have a very good preparation for the World Cup, but even in this form, they appear as clear favorites and were given a high coefficient for their away match against significantly stronger teams, so it is worth taking them on a neutral ground.

Sabah FC - AGF Aarhus

olbg 08/11 16:00 in 5 hours
(Sabah FC) @100 9/10
Led by V. Dambrauskas, Sabah continues to amaze from the positive side and I believe they have great chances not only to win, but also to move to the next stage. In their home arena, Sabah plays very well, and the game against Denmark also showed which team seems better. Even away, Sabah performed more shots, had a higher xG and controlled the ball more, and now they will host their opponents at home, against whom they can play even better and more effectively. Dambrauskas leads his team excellently and we can expect a very well-prepared tactic and, of course, a win. They lost away, but the game was better than Azerbajian's team, so now, with their own fans and climate, this team must defeat Aarhus.
