NordicBet

Background:

There is no doubt that NordicBet is a leading European bookie in the betting industry and they have been in the online operations since 2000. They are located at Malta and owned by the Nordic Gaming Group Ltd. Their licenses are routed through the Lotteries and Gaming Authorities of Malta and this body regulates their betting operations online. Since they target the European clientele they make it a point to focus their betting opportunities in the sporting events most popular across Europe. Catering majorly to the Scandinavian audience they seem to fizzle out in terms of market share in the global betting industry but within their territory they make sure to offer their clientele a reliable and fun haven to source a number of reasonable odds in the market and coverage across the most popular sporting events in Northern Europe.

Bonus and Special Promotions:

These guys are great with their bonuses and punters in Europe do know them for their generosity. For instance, their welcome bonus itself is a 100% Match-Up to the tune of €100!! But this is only applicable to customers from certain countries and the payout changes numbers across different locales as their bonuses are geo-targeted more often than not. Additionally they also tout a number of nice bonuses in the live betting sections for different bets and free bets are not unusual to find here. Also in terms of major sporting events that are picking up on the buzz feed and turning in some great action for betters, punters betting through NordicBet can stumble across some really generous cash back specials on Goal Scorer, Draws, Result Scores and so on. The folks are not known for massively indulging in coverage but within their turf they sure know how to deal out the freebies well!

Sports Betting Coverage:

The NordicBet sportsbook offers fairly comprehensive coverage in the sports betting opportunities across Northern Europe. Of course for punters looking for the crazy action on mixed martial arts and cycling or greyhounds, this isn’t the place but they make sure to accommodate some really good deals in football, tennis, handball, ice hockey and baseball. In fact, in terms of football they sure support bets from the league divisions all the way down to the 4th division playoffs and there is some credit to be given to the bookie here for providing the same services. While they obviously offer bets across horse racing, darts, snooker, golf, boxing, motor sports, entertainment and volleyball among others it must be pointed out that the odds offered here do not stand up to the offers available across other equally good sportsbooks. That said, they provide great live streaming coverage of the major sporting events across the globe if punters choose to set up a funded account with them.

Sports Betting Types:

The NordicBet sportsbook is powered by proprietary software that is appreciated because of the handling capabilities as demonstrated in the interface and the accessibility of the online sportsbook. A particularly cool feature is the live betting section which has been recently redesigned and its streaming speeds are really fast and the arena is well-oiled. A number of betting options are on offer across their markets and multiple selections and system bets (as they’re called here) can go up to 15 selections on a betting slip. Some of these multiples include Heinz, accumulators, trixies, Lucky 7 and forecasts and tricasts. Players can easily ask for a limit rise by checking the selection box present in the betting slip. And their automated system of updating results are a quick way to make sure punters can cash in on their ‘blue’ tickets which signal a win!

Payment Options:

The NordicBet sportsbook is safe and secure and they make use of the superior SSL network to encrypt their customers’ information and financials. So punters can rest free about the same and easily fund their accounts. Now about funding, the payment options on offer here they allow punters to pay via five currencies which include US Dollars, Euros, Danish Krones and Norwegian Krones. Payment options include major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, money orders and e-wallets (Skrill Moneybookers and Neteller) along with EntroPay and ClickandBuy. Withdrawals can only be processed once some validation of identity is provided and are routed through the same channel of deposition. NordicBet doesn’t charge for these services and all transaction costs are routed through the third party intermediary.

Customer Services:

The NordicBet sportsbook is known for boasting a great support staff that is available to all punters at any time of day or night. These representatives of the bookie are available on live chat, via email and also by telephone. It must be pointed out here that their telephone service is available only on working days from Monday to Friday but email and live chat is on 24 by 7. There is an additional feature of a help center which is a comprehensive guide to maneuvering and finally mastering the learning curve involved on betting at NordicBet along with answers to possible queries on security and account information.

Verdict:

Notwithstanding the coverage featured in this sportsbook, the NordicBet experience is still a great one because of its friendly web design, the odds offered on the popular football events and their live betting features like “Live Scores” and “Live Bets”. They are a reasonably good bookie but in the European market, they are surely a trendsetter with the attention paid to minor divisional sports and the like, which is a great way to tap into a small market with bigger possibilities.

At the moment there are no active NordicBet picks, please come back later.

Over (2.5 roundai) @1.660 10/10
Basically it should be a decision here, but I also like this one with a small difference in coefficients. Vetori's punching bag may withstand the first 2 rounds somehow, because he stopped fighting, maybe already 5 fights ago and is still considered a favorite. Last 9 decisions. Bruno ends fights early, with a lot of knockouts, but now he is rising in rank, so the fights won't end so easily.

(+7 Fenerbahçe) @1.860 8/10
Olympiacos is once again facing a challenge, despite playing at home, as the current hottest Euroleague team is coming to visit them. As usual under Sara's leadership, the team has not been able to avoid a series of losses, but as time goes on, the team's resilience and ability to bounce back from defeats becomes evident. This year, Olympiacos is unpredictable and not easily defeated by their opponents. Sara knows how to play against Bartzokas, and against a team in such fine form, all hopes are on Peru.

Even during the Dubai trip, the national team of Peru showed a strong NBA style basketball with many points. The Dubai team, which has many talented offensive players, forces all other teams to run. Even though an Italian club, Virtus, is also known for their high scoring this season. Teams that play a fast-paced and point-driven game should continue to do so.

(Over 160.5) @2.000 8/10
Very low total is given for these matches. Although both teams are struggling in terms of points and not every game reaches 160+ points, they have a lot of potential. They are able to adapt to fast-paced basketball and score a good number of points in offense. In these matches, I believe the teams will showcase a good fight and productivity.

(Over 174.5) @2.000 8/10
Baskonia is a pure home team and it is very difficult to play against them in Spain. They are coming to Milan after several highly productive matches against national teams such as Peru, so I believe we can expect stability from them, especially knowing how strong they are in offense when playing at home.

Monaco - Paris

(Daniel Theis Over 9.5 Points) @1.850 8/10
Hello.
Euroleague. Monaco against Partizan. Moving with Theis 9.5 points over. Paris doesn't have much to put up against Theis under the basket. Plus, they play a very fast and risky style of basketball, where there is a lot of room for mistakes and fast attacks. Theis is not bad there at all. In general, Theis' percentages are very solid - 75.8% two-pointers and 50% 3-pointers. In the last 2 matches, he only played for 15 minutes, but those were complete blowout games for Monaco (+36 points against Efes and +32 points against Asvel). Today they will face a more serious opponent and I believe it will be an over game. Two days ago, these teams met in the French cup and Monaco won by 6 points. Theis played for almost 22 minutes, made all of his shots from the game and two free throws, earning 6 points. Today, I expect a slightly bigger contribution from him and around 25 minutes of play time. In the start of the season, in 6 consecutive games, Theis had such a total points score, so it is likely that he will return to that form. Especially since the opponent is suitable. 11 points is the average for the German in Euroleague, so even if this total is lower, he should reach it. Good luck.

Olympiacos - Fenerbahce

(+6.5 Fenerbahce) @1.900 8/10
Hello.
Euroleague. Oly against Fener. We are going with a fener +6.5 points handicap.
Oltp team is still good on paper, but this year they are struggling. Veze is no longer as dangerous as before and more often has off games than good ones (which was not the case before). The defenders are also struggling: Fournier is a complete shadow of himself (and might not even play today due to illness), Shaq is also out, Walkup is good at defense but not as dangerous as he used to be. The only bright spot is Dorsey. His form is really impressive this year. In reality, Dorsey, Milutinov and Vezenkov are carrying the team this season, and as mentioned, the Bulgarian doesn't always perform. There will definitely be a way to attack or suppress them in offense.
Fener, after a slow start, seems to be getting into the rhythm. They have won their last 5 matches and during the national team break they were able to work on training, which should give results. However, Šaras's team is very systematic and the system seems to be working well this season. Yes, it is a team without centers, so it will be difficult with Milutinov under the basket, but at the same time it will be possible to pull him out of there on offense with the shooters (Jantunen, Melli), so I hope Šaras will figure out how to limit Milutinov's minutes on the court. Baldwin and Hall are in good form and there is definitely talent in their backcourt.
I would say it's a 50/50 game and it will definitely be interesting to watch, but getting +6.5 for Fener in these circumstances looks very good. Good luck.

(Isaia Cordinier Over 12.5 Points) @1.900 8/10
Hello.
Euroleague. Efes against Real. We are going with Cordinier over 12.5 points.
Real is not a very good defensive team. Although they have Tavares, but they give up quite a few points both from the perimeter and under the basket. Plus, today they are playing away, and away games have been tough for them this year. Cordinier will play a lot and for a reason. There are many injuries in the team, so they are struggling with positions (they don't have real centers and Larkin is also out from the guards). Cordinier usually plays at the 3 position where he is faster than his opponents and can score a lot of points. He averages almost 29 minutes per game this season, but recently those minutes have increased (over 30 minutes), so he will definitely have opportunities. He will probably be matched up against Hazonja or Abalde, so he will have plenty of opportunities to score. In the last 3 games he has gone over this total, and his average for the season is 11.8 points (Larkin was healthy for most of the season). Good luck.

(Fenerbahce) @3.250 7/10
There is no reason to not believe in Fener today here. After the Peru Shar teams always come back only better, having had the necessary training. This season, Oly is not shining, there is a noticeable lack of defenders. A lot depends on the game from Dorsey, who I believe will be shut down today. Fournier is injured, so most likely he will not play. It is also uncertain if Shaq will play. It will be a defensive game with a lot of chances, and in these types of games both sides can win 50/50, but Shar's factor +1% adds something extra.

Bayern @2.320 8/10
Parker was benched, Herbert returned and should make significant changes in Bayern's game. Poor half, but after the break they had two intense training sessions to prepare for a good game. Partizan is experiencing division, fans are preparing bombs for today, it was said that they will attempt to stop the match, but most likely it will be remembered in the Euroleague. However, it is unclear who will train and what to expect from this game, but from the Partizan's dressing room, they are not promised anything good.

Abejos team plays a direct attacking style of Danish football. They have already scored over 60 goals and allowed an average of almost 4 goals per game this season. In their last match, they defeated Fredericia 3-2 at home, so they will also score goals in this round.

Despite being only in 7th place in the league, Monaco's team potential and opportunities are immense. Defeating PSG shows this. Prior to that, Monaco had a poor performance, but after that victory, they should continue to have a successful showing. Brest has not won against any serious French team, so Monaco should not be an exception.

Over (Tubelis 9.5 pts) @1.800 6/10
Tubelis has adapted perfectly to the Euroleague season and has been playing fantastically in the past 7 games, scoring double-digit points in 6 of them. He is a dangerous player in transition and will definitely be a threat against Maccabi, even if Zalgiris tries to avoid involving him in the game as Maccabi is a high-tempo team that does not defend well. Based on his current form, it would be very strange if Azuolas doesn't play well and doesn't need to hit at least 10 three-pointers.

Everything is returning to Israel. The welcome from the fans should be impressive and the atmosphere will be stellar. Hapoel fans are one of the best, and it will be their first time hosting the Euroleague. After such a long break from top-level basketball, everything will be lit up. I believe ASVEL will simply be cannon fodder here, a team of tragedy, who are not at the Euroleague level and realistically only have one Euroleague-level player in DeColo, who is already 40 years old.

Zalgiris - Maccabi Tel Aviv

Kentukyo 12/04 18:00 12 hours ago
(-7.5 Zalgiris) @1.900 10/10
Maccabi is completely dead in defense this year. They are averaging historically high points allowed, at 95 on average. Maccabi is the top team in three-pointers made, while Žalgiris is the most successful in defending against them. Žalgiris understands that they don't need to go all out on offense, but rather focus on defense, as getting into a high-scoring game against Maccabi could end poorly. The absence of Katasho will not bring any changes to the game, and there is also uncertainty about whether Leaf and Hoard will play, while Dowtin is out. These are all key players for both teams.
