Stafke, of course, is supported by Chelsea, there is not much to say about them. The team has a possibly better offense and one of the worst defenses in the league. The 10:9 goal difference after 4 games shows this, and the opponent, Brentford, is favorable for Overs as they like to play attacking football, especially at home. So it seems a basketball-like game where both teams will attack and there should be enough opportunities to create a high enough Over, potentially covering higher totals.
