Both of them likes clay surface and mostly plays here, but i dont understand Why Sousa is such underdog in the match. We can say that Sousa is not in best shape, but neither is Struff and knowing both players and how they finish matches is worth to try Sousa. Struff is a little bit slower player and prefer to use his serve and strong game play.
Why Sousa?
1) H2h shows that they both can win and knows each other quite well.
2) Sousa is real clay type player, who already played on clay, ofcourse not so sucesfully and lost all matches, but his opponent didnt play yet and thats better for Sousa.
3) Results of both of them not very good and they didnt found best shape yet.
In general + is good bet regarding that Struff rarelly wins easily and Sousa a good player who fights till end.
