Casper Ruud - Alcaraz Carlos

2021/04/09 04:43 Alcaraz Carlos @175 8/10

Marbella, quarterfinal, clay

Yesterday Casper didn't convince me and didn't play best tennis, more likely for me that Mager played to bad and the reason for it could be Challenger troffey. On this day i think this bet is quite risky bot worth it as Ruud looks still not quite ready and he looking for practice not title here, because he will play in best clay tournaments. Alcaraz on this time play's very well for his young age and at home he will perform good.

1) Both players is quite simillar, young, heigh, weight and can run a lot, so there is no advantages on this side.

2) Alacaraz is more clay style player and his results already showed that he is monster on this surface and will succeed like Nadal.

In the end i would say that Alacaraz ready for ATP title and will play best tennis today, and Ruud? I dont think so

I believe that an American of high tension can offer, however he is not as stiff of a player as he may seem. Aleksandar can be dangerous both in serving and in knocking down, it's just a question of how his current form looks like, I haven't seen him play for a while, which also raises some doubts. Speaking of the Frenchman, he has definitely added to his game this year and continues to progress, he had some good runs in America on hard courts, so I am basing my prediction that he will triumph in three sets.
