Geneva, 1. round, clay.

One of easier tournaments which is also quite rich and many players will come for money and get ready for RG. In this match i guess that american Tennys with italian Caruso should have quite nice fight for win and money which will lead us to over how it was before in h2h matches. Both players have great serve, likes to play faster and harder which leads them to TB and matches with 3 sets as they do not play all match same.

I guess both players without a decent physical shape won't win easy and they have same level at the moment and will use just luck, good serve, strong hits without longer rallies which will lead us to 3 sets. Carruso is better clay player, but his shape is not good to win easy, as Tennys will not give and won't win easy too.

The Spanish man, who looks very good, continues to amaze with how well he performs on the hard courts of America. Although, as usual, sometimes his concentration fades, but the Peruvian team is defeated. Mensik, being his first tournament, had a tough match against Boyer, but the mistakes made by the Czech man will not be given as gifts to the Spanish man anymore. I truly believe that the Spanish man will win and it's a shame that he is the favorite, but it's not just because the Czech man looks weak, but also because the Spanish man plays very well.

Today's choice - the Czech Republic vs the solidly appearing Spaniard. Davidovich Fokina defeated Moutet in the first round of Toronto, but after a successful previous tournament, I believe this is where his period will end. The loss to A. De Minaur in the final required a lot of emotions. Meanwhile, Jakub Mensik took a break after Wimbledon and returned to his favorite hard court. The crucial factor is that Jakub suffered a painful defeat to Fokina in Australia earlier this year. So, two recent losses allow me to predict Mensik's first match against Peru in today's Toronto ATP Masters tournament.
