Benfica Continued Their Tradition

Benfica was not surrendered at their home in both the league and Europe matches. Benfica has also achived to reach a victory against Juventus with 2-1 score. 

At UEFA Europa League’s semi-final match, Portugal champion Benfica hosted Italian giant Juventus. Cuneyt Cakir was the refree of the game and game started as a tackle and fast play. Benfica beat Juventus with 2-1 score!

BENFICA ENTERED THE GAME RAPIDLY!

Lisbon team Benfica succeeded to start the game with a high tempo and was effective with Sulejmani and Markovic from both sides.

AT the 3rd minute of the game, Serbian player Sulejmani made a corner shot and cut the ball into the penalty area. Garay had a head-kick and Buffon could not manage to save the ball.

As there was no goal at the first half of the match, Benfica went to the dressing room as the happier side of the game.

JUVE GEARED UP!

Torino Team Juventus started the second half of the game with higher ball possession and could manage to reach the 1-1 draw goal.


At the 73rd minute of the game, Asamoah got the pass of Pirlo at the right side and passed the ball to Tevez and he changed the score of the match as 1-1.

Lima scored the second goal for Benfica with a hard kick and the match finalised as 2-1.
